A Landscape-Led Masterplan
Pkj LakeFront Resort is conceived as a continuous landscape rather than a collection of isolated functions. The masterplan integrates a golf course, hotel, and villa communities into a unified system structured around the lakefront. Water operates as the primary spatial driver—shaping views, circulation, and the overall organization of the site. Gradients between public and private, active and quiet zones are carefully orchestrated, allowing the project to unfold as a sequence of spatial experiences rather than fixed boundaries.
Key hospitality and social hub, where architecture is conceived as an extension of the landscape rather than a standalone object. The timber-based system, shaded terraces, and permeable ground level support a climate-responsive design while creating a central gathering space that connects the golf, lakefront, and residential zones.

The villas are conceived as quiet extensions of the landscape, where living unfolds through openness, shade, and continuity rather than enclosure. Spatial layers—terraces, overhangs, and filtered facades—create a gradual transition between interior life and the surrounding nature, supporting a slower, more grounded way of inhabiting. The architecture avoids excess, focusing instead on proportion, climate, and atmosphere as the primary drivers of experience.

The hotel lobby is conceived as a warm, immersive environment where natural materials, greenery, and light create a sense of calm continuity. Double-height spaces and integrated library elements reinforce a slow, contemplative atmosphere, blending hospitality with a more domestic, lived-in character.
